My life’s mission is to positively affect one million people in my lifetime. I am a published author, a coach, and a motivational speaker and my message centers around showing up as our best selves. What does that look like? How can we find a deeper connection in our work, our homes and our interactions with others?

I’ve been chosen three times as a TEDx speaker and have spoken at some of the largest conferences in the country. I was also chosen as the #1 Motivational Speaker in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC regions for 2015 and 2016 respectively.
My style is authentic and relatable and my message is universal. I have spoken to schools, corporations, organizations and teams of all sizes and shapes. My master’s degree is in sports and human performance psychology, and it has been a great backbone to how I approach life in all aspects.

Some of my most popular topics include:

  • Work/Life Balance
  • Working with Generational Differences
  • Creating your authentic life
  • Character, Confidence, Communication, Courage and Choice– How they are the backbone for all we do.
  • Awareness

  • The LIGHT principle
  • Motivation and Inspiration
  • Bullying/relating to each other

I’d love to bring my message to you. But don’t take my word for it. Here are some of the messages I receive after speaking at different kinds of events:

Jen pulled us out of a jam when the original speaker we had booked cancelled last minute. Her topic, presentation and attitude was spot on. Thank you Jen. - Frank R, Century 21

Jen offered such unique and powerful insight to our team. She was encouraging, funny, engaging, and knew how to resonate with the entire group. The fact that she can offer so much insight to a group of auditors is a testament to the fact that she has so much to offer to people of every walk of life – from children to adults, from athletes to businessmen and women. - Megan S, QVC Global Summit

Jen spoke at our company’s Leadership Conference for ~45 of our managers that traveled in from the 11 states we work in. The group ranged from Vice Presidents to first line supervisors. Jen was engaging and captivated our group from the beginning to the very end. She delivered a powerful message that was thought provoking and inspiring. Her presentation was the highlight of our conference. Jen was truly amazing! - Godlee D, Government healthcare agency

Jen, came in and spoke with multiple levels within our company from interns to Executive Mgmt and she was fantastic. Jen was engaging, funny, and motivational. Several people stopped me after to express how much they liked Jen!!! - Kelly D, United Water

Jen spoke to our honor band comprised of 250 students from across the US that was marching in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. From our first contact via email to first phone conversation, she really listened to what we were looking for. It was obvious she wanted to make sure she could meet our needs and wasn’t just looking to take the job for money. On site, she was prompt, very friendly and rolled with the punches when hotel AV was less than stellar. She really held the student’s attention, was interactive, and I saw tons of them taking notes. Our past speakers have been specific to musician leadership and very high energy bordering on frantic/crazy to keep students’ attention. Jen presented lessens more on character and challenging yourself that the students could apply to band and to their personal lives. Her style was well paced and proved you don’t have to talk a mile a minute if your message connects. I saw many of them come up and hug her, ask for autographs, and just thank her for making them think differently. We would highly recommend her. Her lessons can be tailored to your needs and everyone will take away something no matter position or age. - Bethany K, Education/Leadership

Jen, thank you. You were by far the best speaker I have ever heard. - Karen F, Education

You brought something really valuable to our students in a way we haven’t had here. The way you connect with these kids is remarkable. They’ve never been so riveted in an assembly. Holding the attention of 300 6th graders is a feat in and of itself, but they were really captivated by you. You are relatable. - Carol D, Education

I ran up to hug you after the event because I couldn’t believe how you hit on everything I needed to hear. I’ve attended many seminars and I’ve never heard anyone so real.  Thank you. - Jennie R, Construction

Best person to come through our doors to affect change in the nine years I’ve been here. Thank you for helping us really connect to the core of who we are… Not just what we are. - Michelle H, Healthcare

I went to a team building seminar that Jen had at Penn Oaks. It was excellent! She took the group back to the basics. Kept it simple. I left the seminar with so much knowledge. I Felt refreshed! Felt motivated! So much so that I immediately asked my boss to bring her into our company. Like Jen said, keep it simple, CTC–Control the controllables. I Highly recommend Jen to any team! - Kristin K, Banking
