My life’s mission is to positively affect one million people in my lifetime. I am a published author, a coach, and a motivational speaker and my message centers around showing up as our best selves. What does that look like? How can we find a deeper connection in our work, our homes and our interactions with others?
I’ve been chosen three times as a TEDx speaker and have spoken at some of the largest conferences in the country. I was also chosen as the #1 Motivational Speaker in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC regions for 2015 and 2016 respectively.
My style is authentic and relatable and my message is universal. I have spoken to schools, corporations, organizations and teams of all sizes and shapes. My master’s degree is in sports and human performance psychology, and it has been a great backbone to how I approach life in all aspects.
Some of my most popular topics include:
- Work/Life Balance
- Working with Generational Differences
- Creating your authentic life
- Character, Confidence, Communication, Courage and Choice– How they are the backbone for all we do.
- The LIGHT principle
